How we work

 

    In the first instance we will contact you and take some details over the phone and/or by email. We'll need your resume so make sure you have it ready and up-to-date to send to us. After receiving all information from you we'll arrange an interview time that suits you. This way we are better able to understand what it is you are looking for. All candidates’ details will be stored on our database at which point we may already have vacancies for you to consider. Your details are handled with complete confidentiality, and will not be discussed with a client without candidate’s permission.

   Once we found a vacancy of interest to you, we will contact you to give you a full brief of the company and the kind of people that you will be meeting. Where necessary we will advise on how to approach the interview, and of course what they will expect of you. Client will arrange an interview with candidate. We will quickly inform you of any relevant feedback from client. If everything goes well, we will notify you of the job offer by negotiate salary and benefits with your new employer on your behalf. Once candidate started working with client’s company we will contact you to ensure that you have settled into your new position well.

   We publish all vacant positions in the Wide Spread Recruitment on www.wsjob.com or from other press materials. If a suitable position is not available at present, you can also send us an open application or subscribe to our e-mail service.
